Jeffrey Boschulte, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C
Jeffrey Boschulte, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C has been involved in the field of architecture for over 30 years, beginning with summer internships as a high school freshman.
Jeffrey began his studies in architecture at the University of Virginia, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree in 1996. After a one year internship he continued his studies at Georgia Tech where he received a Master of Architecture degree in 1999.
After graduate school, Jeffrey returned to his native Virgin Islands and completed his NCARB IDP internship while working on residential, commercial, education, and healthcare projects.
In 2002, he founded Boschulte Design Studio (now Boschulte Architecture, LLC), a full service architectural company. He has headed all aspects of the organization including developing and refining the vision and scope of projects, construction documents production, and all administrative aspects of the business.

Registered Architect in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Pennsylvania, and Maryland
NCARB certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards
Member, American Institute of Architects (AIA) - Virgin Islands Chapter Treasurer
Member, National Organization of Minority Archtiects (NOMA)
LEED BD+C accredited (US Green Building Council)
Member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation
