Brian J. Smith is an architect-in-training at Boschulte Architecture. Brian is an experienced computer aided design (CAD) and building information modeling (BIM) technician. Brian assists our team with construction documents production and utilizes technology to create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of architectural structures. Brian's strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of design software helps us complete projects efficiently and achieve client goals.
Brian experience includes residential design work for many of our completed homes, construction documents production for USVI hurricane recovery projects, as well as several of our commercial projects.

Asante Richards
BIM/CAD TECH I
Asante Richards joined Boschulte Architecture as a BIM/CAD Tech. Asante has a degree in architecture and engineering drafting design technology and is a solutions-driven team member assisting with the production of architectural/engineering construction documents and measured drawings, details, and site planning.
Asante is also an experienced MEP drafter, and his custom small home design and construction experience is a great asset to the team.
